How is technology spend under management defined?
Spend under management is the total annual technology expenditure visible to StackTrack across all connected sources. AI provider billing, SaaS contracts, cloud billing, infrastructure, and any other technology vendor spend you connect. The number comes from your actual billing data, not self-reported estimates.
What if we only connect one module to start?
You are billed on spend visible across all connected sources. If you start with TokenTrack and connect only AI provider billing, you are billed on that AI spend. As you connect more sources, spend under management grows. All modules remain accessible regardless of what is connected.
Can we negotiate the rate?
We do not negotiate rates. We negotiate terms. If you want a better effective rate, commit to a two or three year agreement. Multi-year commitments receive rate protection. The rate structure is the same for every customer in the same tier.
How do you verify our spend figure?
StackTrack directly ingests your billing data from every connected source. Both parties see the same spend total in the platform. The invoice is derived from the platform data. There is no separate audit or verification process required.
What happens when our spend crosses a tier threshold?
If your spend under management grows beyond your current tier threshold, you move to the next tier at your next annual renewal. Tier transitions are never applied mid-contract. You always have certainty on your annual investment for the duration of your agreement.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial. We offer a Design Partner Program for qualifying enterprise organizations. Design partners receive full platform access at no cost for the engagement period, preferred pricing locked for 24 months, and direct roadmap influence.
Does the price include implementation?
Standard onboarding is included at all tiers. Enterprise and Global Enterprise tiers include dedicated implementation support, ERP and HRIS integration assistance, and custom configuration. There are no separate implementation fees for standard deployments.
What is the minimum contract term?
The minimum contract term is 12 months. Multi-year agreements of 24 or 36 months are available and receive rate protection. Annual contracts renew automatically unless you provide 60 days notice of non-renewal.
